UI / Product Designer
Design intuitive, thoughtful interfaces and help shape how users experience Mosaiq-built software.
About the Role
As a UI / Product Designer at Mosaiq, you will shape how users experience the software we build. This role sits at the intersection of design, usability, and engineering. You may focus primarily on design or you may also choose to contribute technically, this role is highly flexible by nature. Designers at Mosaiq are not siloed; you will work closely with engineers, influence product decisions, and see your designs implemented in real applications. This role is for people who care deeply about how software feels to use, enjoy thinking through user problems, and want their design work to exist beyond static mockups.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest or experience in UI, UX, or product design
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or equivalent
- Understanding of core design principles (layout, hierarchy, usability)
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers
- Interest in how design translates into real software
Nice to Have
- Basic HTML/CSS or frontend experience
- Experience designing web applications
- Understanding of accessibility considerations
- Experience prototyping interactive flows
- Interest in bridging design and implementation
